RV RENTALS
We have several travel trailers & 5th wheels to choose from.
Reservations are required in advance.
Listed below are some things you need to know prior to renting a unit from us.
1. A security deposit in the amount of $750.00 is required and must be charged to
a credit card.
2. There is no charge for waste/removal/dumping or for propane.
3. If the unit is returned dirty, a cleaning fee of $85.00 will be assessed.
4. Mid Valley’s Insurance is secondary to your own personal insurance.
If your insurance does not cover the rental, you are responsible
for the first $1500.00 of damage.
5. Pickup and returns are by appointment only.
It is very important that you arrive on time.
6. You will be given a complete walk through of the unit at time of pickup.
7. We will need 5 days advance notice in order to process the paper work
and make sure the unit is ready.
8. Rental cannot be brought into Mexico.
9. There is NO SMOKING in any of the units!!!
10. NO PETS ALLOWED!!!
